E30 325i Convertible 5-Speed

E30 325i Manual Convertible. I am the third owner and purchased the car in Portland, OR in early 2019. All mechanical issues have been sorted over the last year since I intended to keep it for a while, so it just needs a couple cosmetic and comfort updates. 99% stock/OEM, only modification is a CD changer that was installed by the previous owner. Near-complete service history, only missing a few years of documentation from the warranty period in the early 90s. ---- Recent service over last year includes: clutch (only about 700 miles since replacement in 12/2023), clutch slave cylinder, flywheel resurface, engine mounts, strut mounts (front & rear), OEM struts (Bilstein B4, front & rear), control arms and bushings, Timing belt, rear main seal, driveshaft flex joint, trans input and output seals, trans shift selector seal, Parking brake cable adjusted, oil and filter change ---- Existing issues: - A/C compressor is functional but the system needs a recharge. Does not blow cold at this time. - Driver's seat recline handle is broken and the backrest is stuck in current position - Driver's seat leather is in usable condition, but it's not pretty. Probably could use a full interior refresh - Automatic convertible top mechanism is 90% functional but one of the connecting rods is bent, which prevents automatic operation. The mechanism has been disconnected (but not removed) so the top can be lowered and raised manually. - Has a few minor bumps and scratches on some body panels, though most are only visible from close proximity. - Dashboard is mostly clean but there are a couple small (1") cracks and bubbles on the passenger side upper dash near the storage cubby (can provide pictures if desired) - Plastic panel directly above the pedals is sagging down a bit. Does not prevent pedal actuation, but it is a bit annoying. - Convertible top has a couple small holes but is still in reasonably good shape.
