1995 525i 5-speed

1995 E34 525i 5-speed, 211k miles, jet black/natural bison. 3-owner car from central GA and SW FL, I purchased the car in January 2016, this is my 3rd E34. Selling as my wife is unable to drive a manual car anymore so our remaining Bimmers have slushboxes. Rust-free and straight. No fluid leaks, engine is quiet and smooth, car drives and runs very well. Repowered in 2025 with M52TUB28 refreshed with VAC Motorsports rebuilt head, rebuilt injectors, rebuilt Vanos, new DISA valve, new timing components, new cam followers, re-gasketed and resealed, new CCV and hoses, new cam and crank sensors, new spark plugs, new coils and coil connectors, new valve cover, new oil pump chain and safety-wired sprocket nut, Time-serted block, new flywheel and clutch, new clutch master and slave cylinders and hoses. Siemens MS42 DME reflashed by Kassel Performance with performance tune, SAP and muffler flap delete, and post cat O2 sensor delete. Recently installed Racing Dynamics Cold Air intake with new MAF. Cooling system has new Stewart high-volume water pump, new thermostat, all new cooling pipes and hoses, E39 radiator, new mechanical cooling fan and clutch. All soft fuel lines and fuel filter replaced in 2025. Power steering pump and hoses replaced in 2025. Alternator and belt drive components replaced in 2025. Motor and transmission mounts and guibo new in 2025. Billy Boat SS cat-back exhaust installed in 2017, front exhaust section replaced in 2025. Wheels are AC Schnitzer Type 2 with Michelin Pilot Sport all season tires. Suspension rebuilt in 2017 with new bushings, H&R lowering springs, Koni single adjustable shocks, Ground Control adjustable front camber plates, and Racing Dynamic sway bars. 188mm LSD differential rebuilt by Blanton Performance Gearing with new 3.23 gears and 4-disc clutch pack, installed in 2017. Driveshaft and half-shafts rebuilt in 2017. Brakes rebuilt in 2017 with new pads, rotors, and SS brake lines, ABS unit rebuilt and master cylinder replaced in 2025. Seats were reupholstered by previous owner. Battery replaced in 2025. Stereo upgraded in 2017 with new speakers, Kenwood head unit and 4-channel amplifier. Ice cold A/C; condenser, filter/drier, compressor, heater fan, cabin air filter and auxiliary fan new in 2025. Headlights were replaced in 2017 with Hella Euro lights, fog lights replaced in 2025. Paint is bright and in good shape with some minor cosmetic defects such as 3 scratches on the hood, some dimpling on the trunk lid, and a few door dents. Front bumper cover has some scratches; rear bumper cover has some cracking. Brake system recently flushed, all drivetrain fluids replaced. Car is titled and registered in SW Florida and driven about once/week. Service history and receipts from 1995 are available. Delivery available in SE US.
