2021 BMW M440xDrive Coupe - LOADED

FOR SALE: 2021 BMW M440 xDrive Coupe. Black Sapphire Metallic/Black Vernasca Leather. Car was special ordered from BMW, and was leased for 36 months. I purchased the car a few months ago after the lease expired. I have a new BMW M440 on order from BMW, and needed to keep this car for a few months until the new car arrives. The car is in phenomenal condition. It would be almost impossible to find a better conditioned used car anywhere in the country. Car hasn't been used all that much, and has mostly been driven going to and from the office and golf club. Tires are still pretty new and probably only have about 10k miles on them. I ordered a new set of tires not that long ago, and ordered the same tire that I had originally, and the same tire that the car comes with from the factory (Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Runflat). Pirelli rates the tires good up to 70k miles. Tires were purchased & installed at the BMW dealership locally. Car has maintained regular service at the BMW dealership throughout the life of the car. Clean CARFAX (no accidents), and I am happy to provide a copy of that to document the car's history. All around just an exceptional car.
