Join the Asheville group for a drive through the Great Balsam Range and Pisgah National Forest, and to the top of Sassafras Mt the highest peak in SC where we will enjoy 360-degree views (short walk to top, bring walking shoes). After experiencing the mountain scenery, fresh air, and some of the best curvy roads in the Asheville area, we will conclude with lunch at Quixote Fine Cuisine in Brevard (quixotebrevard.com), serving Guadalajara, Mexico and international home-style recipes.
