X Chapter Half Day School @ BMW PC East

ARE YOU READY FOR THE ULTIMATE ON-ROAD & OFF-ROAD EXPERIENCE??!!! The X Chapter is headed to the BMW Performance Center in Greer, South Carolina on Friday, November 8th, 2024 for an exclusive X Chapter Club Day, as part of the 25th Anniversary Celebration of the X5 Launch!! The Performance Center will provide a current X vehicle line up, instructors, gas, tires, breakfast & lunch and a first-class facility for a fun-filled day at the track. Just show up ready to drive! The focus of this event is on improving your driving skills and having fun through a combination of driving exercises, classroom instruction and competitive events. No helmets or previous driving school experience are required. All skill levels are welcome and encouraged to attend. This school is a special program designed by the Performance Center staff specifically for the BMW CCA X chapter. It includes instruction on proper driving position, vehicle dynamics, car-control skills, weight-transfer, oversteer/understeer and improving your vision specific to X vehicles. The day is divided into morning and afternoon sessions which mix skill exercises and competitive events, including skid pad wet/dry courses, braking and handling practice, autocross, lapping, off road driving and more. A Lunch buffet will be served from 12-1PM. Drive-Day Schedule Friday, November 8th, 2024 12:00 PM - Lunch for Registered Participants 1:00 PM - Driving activities begin 4:30 PM - Drive day ends
