Two-owner; Schwarz (black)/Sand-Beige leather; 5-speed; 111,500x miles; mostly stock with some drivetrain and suspension upgrades. Purchased locally in 2019 from the first owner. The car has always been garaged and proactively maintained by a local BMW tech.

**Nov 2024: Just installed new RTABs and Rogue Engineering shims, plus alignment**
Within the last year: replaced cabin air filter, valve cover (with genuine BMW cover) and gasket; installed Autosolutions Ultimate Short shifter; clutch and flywheel replaced with a Sachs sprung-hub kit and JB Racing lightweight flywheel, along with the rear main seal, Rogue transmission mounts, OE engine mounts, drivetrain flex disc, center support bearing, shifter detent pins. **Full maintenance list and more photos available on request**

The car is mostly stock, with some tasteful OE+ upgrades: Stromung performance exhaust, M3 lower control arm bushings, X-brace from Z3, UUC lightweight strut brace, UUC clutch pedal bushings, Rogue rear shock mounts, 16" wheels from BMW Z4 (style 104) mounted to Michelin Pilot Sport AS4 tires, ZHP shift knob, replaced headliner (including sunroof) in June 2022. I have OE RTAB bushings with Rogue limiters, but have not mounted them yet because there is no play, squeaks, etc. I just planned to upgrade.

After scratching the driver's door in my garage, I ended up having the door repainted and blended with the 1/4 panel, as well as having the rear bumper resprayed by a reputable auto body that deals almost exclusively with Porsche, BMW, and MB. They re-pinstriped both sides of the car in the original shade, as well.

Known Flaws: rock chips on front of hood and a few small scratches (mainly on hood and front bumper), including some poor touch-up paint spots from the previous owner; a few dime-sized dents (3-4 mostly on driver/passenger side of car); driver door pocket leather no longer adheres (just an aesthetic issue); some surface corrosion on undercarriage components on par with age of car; steering rack is seeping slightly, but does not effect steering.

The car has always had regular oil changes (~5k miles) with Motul synthetic and routine fluid flushes. I tried to be as transparent as possible. For more questions or pictures, please reach out. Thanks.
