National Change of Address (NCOA)

NCOA^LINK® is a product offered by the U.S. Postal Service to provide move update data to licensed service providers. National Change of Address (NCOA) contains all of the changes of addresses requested by citizens through their local Post Office when moving from one residence to another. Mass mailers, such as BMW CCA, qualify for discounts on postage by updating recipient addresses through a NCOA^LINK® provider.

Please refer to the NCOA Report block for the number of records updated and the date on which the list was last processed. The Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) report is also available for download as proof of processing.

BMW CCA submits the entire Roundel subscriber list through our NCOA^LINK® provider every ninety (90) days. BMW CCA Chapters may take advantage of available postage discounts by providing their newsletter publisher with the most recent CASS file along with their mailing list. It is not necessary for chapters to process their mailing lists through a NCOA^LINK® provider separately.
