Each year, BMW of North America recognizes those U.S. BMW dealers that have scored the highest in business performance and customer service. To become a BMW Center of Excellence, dealers are measured using post-sales and service customer responses in twelve key performance areas that include customer orientation, aftersales, and sales data. The data is then analyzed and calculated to determine the top 33 out of 342 BMW dealers in the U.S.
