Beginning at 8:00 PM EST on Friday, December 4, the website will be unavailable while our membership software vendor performs maintenance. Our system will be physically moved from the current data center facility in Somerville, MA to a new data center in Ashburn, VA. During the move, 100% of the vendor's hardware will be replaced with brand new servers which have already been provisioned in the new facility. We expect the site to be back up and fully functional no later than the morning of Sunday, December 6.

What will be impacted?
During the upgrade period, members and site visitors will be unable to perform the following:
- Login to the site
- Perform membership actions such as joining or renewing
- Log in to the Roundel app
- Place classified ads
- Log in to the forums
- Membership verification on MotorSport Reg or TrackRabbit
Chapter Representatives will not have access to the following:
- Chapter forms that require being loged in
- e-Waiver System (EWS)
- Chapter Email Service (CES)
- Any other function that requires being logged in with your BMW CCA website credentials

The communications issue between servers has now been resolved. Full functionality to the site has been restored.

The data center move has been completed. However, there is a communications problem with the new server.
