32 BMW dealers honored as Centers of Excellence
BMW of North America has announced the U.S. BMW dealers that earned the coveted 2015 Center of Excellence award, which recognizes dealers that have demonstrated their enthusiasm and dedication for the BMW brand, their customers, and their employees. Only the top 32 out of 339 BMW dealers nationwide are designated as Centers of Excellence based on their 2014 performance.
Dealers were measured against their peers on eleven key performance indicators, which include Customer First, Aftersales, and Sales data. This data is then used to calculate the top 32.
“I congratulate these Center of Excellence winners for their great achievement,” said BMW of North America President and CEO Ludwig Willisch. “Many of those on the list have earned COE honors over multiple years. To me, the achievement is evidence that these centers know how to continuously delight their customers. I hope they will proudly display their COE recognition and I know they will certainly enjoy the rewards.”
Many BMW dealers across the country have excellent relationships with the BMW Car Club of America chapter in their geographic area. The dealers support BMW CCA chapters in various ways, including sponsoring activities, advertising in newsletters, and holding events, not to mention discounts in the parts and service departments for Club members. Chapter members reciprocate by choosing the dealers for new and pre-owned BMWs as well as parts and service, and very importantly, referring friends and family members.
We are happy to see on the Centers of Excellence list a number of BMW dealers that have also sponsored and participated in BMW CCA national events.
We know enough about dealers to understand that it does take hard work and dedication to qualify as a Center of Excellence, so we add our congratulations to those who made it for 2015.—Scott Blazey
