BMW News

Once again the Web.com Tour's BMW Charity Pro-Am visits Greenville, South Carolina, bringing the opportunity to see some great golf at the beautiful golf courses in and around Greenville.

“This is a unique event for South Carolina, and we are very excited for the fun that awaits spectators of both the tournament and the two great concerts this annual occasion brings to the community,” said Bob Nitto, president, BMW Charity Pro-Am presented by SYNNEX Corporation. “We are also proud to announce that, for the first time, each celebrity will be paired with a benefiting local charity for the Charity Cup.”

As one of the nominated charities, the BMW CCA Foundation can benefit from ticket sales and volunteering. The big news this year is that Grant Show, from the hit TV show Melrose Place, will also be raising money for the Foundation through the Charity Cup.

The Charity Cup is part of the BMW Charity Pro Am presented by Synnex. Its all about the Charities! Celebrity golfers will be playing at least 54 holes and possibly 72 holes for local charities as well as their favorite charity or foundation. Each Charity is teamed up with a Celebrity. The team that raises the most by Sunday, May 22nd, will receive and EXTRA bonus to their own Foundation!

You can sponsor Grant for each hole he plays in the tournament and all proceeds go to the Foundation. Help him win the Cup and meet or exceed his $10,000 goal. He is asking his fan base to help him achieve his target and club members can also help this great cause. To donate, or monitor his progress, visit www.anython.com/thecharitycup.
