    After Oktoberfest, please join the BMW CCA Board of Directors and National Staff for an exclusive private tour of Hearst Castle on Saturday, August 24, 2013, in San Simeon, California. The Hearst Castle is a historical landmark mansion located on the Central Coast of California; it was designed by architect Julia Morgan for businessman and publisher William Randolph Hearst.
     
     
    Even if you have toured Hearst Castle before, this will be a unique opportunity for BMW CCA members to enjoy the estate as a private group. We will have two 45-minute private tours at 1 p.m. and 1:20 p.m. of the “Grand Rooms,” which includes a broad historical overview of the most important rooms of the Hearst Castle, along with its lovely gardens and pools.
     
    The “Grand Rooms Tour” includes a Tour of the Assembly Room, Refectory, Morning Room, Billiard Room, and Theater in Casa Grande. You may stroll through the many gardens at your leisure and see the famous Neptune Pool and Roman Pool, made famous in numerous movies. The Tour also includes a viewing of the movie, “Hearst Castle—Building the Dream,” shown on their giant five-story screen in the Hearst Castle Theater.
