We are pleased to announce the first ever Roundel Weekly photo contest! The first prize winner will see their photo featured in the pages of an upcoming edition of Roundel magazine. The theme for the first competition will be "BMWs in Motion."
In order to compete you must be a current Club member in good standing, and submit an original photo that has not previously won any awards. Photos must be submitted via email to photocontest@bmwcca.org by next Monday, April 1 at 12 noon EST, for consideration. We will select the top-six member-submitted photos and post them to bmwcca.org for public voting starting on Tuesday, April 2. One photo submission per member—Photoshop alteration is allowed.
Whether you are shooting with the latest DSLR or a camera phone—we encourage everyone to participate!
- First Prize: Your photo will be featured in an upcoming issue of Roundel Magazine
- Second Prize: BMW CCA map logo grille badge
- Third Prize: BMW CCA embroidered cap of your choice
- All photo contest entries must be submitted via email to photocontest@bmwcca.org by Monday, April 1, at 12 noon EST to be considered.
- Limit one entry per person. You must be an active BMW CCA Club member in good standing.
- BMW CCA is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries, or entries not received for any reason.
- Entries become sole property of BMW CCA and may be used for marketing purposes.
- By entering, the entrant warrants that his or her entry (1) is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, (2) has not been published in any medium, (3) has not won an award.
- By entering, entrant also agrees that his or her photo may be posted online at bmwcca.org or in Roundel magazine without further notice or compensation for any reason by BMW CCA.
- The first place photo will be featured in an upcoming issue of Roundel magazine.
- We will select the top-six member-submitted photos and post them anonymously to bmwcca.org for voting starting on Tuesday, April 2.
- Voting will last for six-days from Tuesday, April 2 until Monday, April 8 at 12 noon EST time. The winner of the contest will be announced in the Tuesday, April 9 edition of Roundel Weekly.
